Schelstraete Delacourt is currently looking for a Sales Lead for an international player in the IT services and solutions industry. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and expanding the portfolio of financial institution clients.The company is currently driving a strategic shift towards a business and technology consulting approach, with a strong focus on digital transformation services—including AI, automation, and advanced data solutions.The Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in this transformation by:- Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing financial clients through tailored digital transformation services and solutions; - Growing the client portfolio within the financial sector, targeting not only major banks but also market infrastructures (e.G., clearing houses, payment systems, central banks) and establishing partnerships with FinTechs.This role reports directly to the Sales Director Benelux.We are looking for a candidate who brings:- A proven track record in direct sales, business development, and account management, with at least 5 years of experience managing large accounts; - A hunter mentality: capable of opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition; - Solid experience in ITservices sales within the financial services industry; - A customer-centric mindset, with genuine interest in understanding client needs and challenges; - A solution-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
