As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will get to play an important role in the team as you will take ownership of the functional aspects of each project ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration: you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.
For this function, you are mainly working at our customer’s premises and you have the possibility to work from home, but we’re also happy to welcome our teams for regular Office Days (Ghent, Mechelen, Heverlee or Braine L’Alleud) to connect with teammates.
1. As a functional Salesforce consultant, you collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects.
2. You listen to customer requirements, understand a company’s processes and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service. You are not afraid to challenge a customer to understand why they work a certain way, in order to support them in understanding how Salesforce can help them to better meet their strategic, tactical and/or financial goals..
3. You pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues in order to achieve a successful project delivery.
4. You contribute and/or take the lead in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live of the Salesforce projects.
5. You support the growth of Inetum by actively contribution to pre-sales tracks and proposals.
Profile
6. You are customer obsessed and you want to help our customers to become more customer centric, with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends.
7. You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects.
8. You have a thorough knowledge of Salesforce and have multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, …)
9. Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus.
10. Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio).
11. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
12. Experience working on customers in Public Sector is a must.
13. You are a strong communicator and have an analytical and curious mindset.
14. You are a driven and enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and grow and as such contributes to the growth of the company.
15. You are in the possession of a drivers license to be able to easily visit customers locations.
