1. Change Management: Accelerates transformation and visualizes the Future of Work with intelligence and human ingenuity.
2. HR Transformation and Delivery: Creates and delivers employee experiences, distinctive HR services, and HR capabilities.
3. Talent Strategy and Development: Leverages AI and analytics to develop skilled workforces that create value for and through people.

4. People As a Talent & Organization consultant, you work together with various teams within the organization. Together with these various stakeholders, you will work on co-creating and implementing transformative business solutions.
5. Processes You give advice to senior management based on data, knowledge, experience, and an innovative approach. Together with a team of experts from different industries, you will challenge the client and come up with solutions.
6. Technology In your role, you will get in touch with the latest technologies to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes. This can for example vary from companywide software implementations, using technologies in creating innovative training platforms or discovering GenAI use cases. It will be your focus to use and optimize the human potential behind these technologies.
7. Data As a Talent & Organization consultant you assess the currently available data and generate new data to provide senior management with the right insights to further act upon and accelerate growth.

Here's what you'll need
8. Master's degree
9. Demonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce and/ or Human Resources; for example, guiding organizations in their transformation journey, designing and implementing large-scale communication and training programs, or upskilling leaders to carry out desired behaviors.
10. Experience with project-based ways of working
11. At least 3-5 years of experience within a specific industry including experience in project management
12. Fluent in Dutch or French (mandatory!), and English
13. Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver
