Digital Marketing & Channels ManagerAs Digital Marketing & Channels Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our digital platforms and measuring customer satisfaction. You will ensure that customer journeys are monitored and updated, acting as a key business reference for internal stakeholders thanks to your expertise across different activities. You will also handle operational issues within your service area, in line with established procedures and standards.ResponsibilitiesAct as the key business reference for customer-focused digitalization.Ensure the effective use of digital channels (website, voicebot, chatbot, etc.) and propose improvements, while also supporting non-digital channels.Drive a customer-centric and UX-oriented approach in digital strategy and transformation.Monitor digital performance through dashboards (Google Analytics, etc.), manage SEO and accessibility standards.Oversee content management and lead new digital projects such as ChatBot and PhoneBot.Define requirements and content for videos, articles, newsletters, visuals, PDFs, and social media messages (in collaboration with the Communications department).Keep customer databases accurate and up to date.Create, maintain, and optimize customer journeys.Track performance and customer satisfaction, analyze results, and propose improvements.Promote continuous improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary.Act as liaison between your service, the Transformation & Digitalization department, and the Communications department.Prioritize and supervise the work of the digital officer, provide content, and ensure quality control of published materials and customer responses.Stay informed of the latest developments in your field to keep knowledge and expertise up to date.Experience & CompetencesCMS tools (must have).Digital performance measurement tools (must have).Team management experience (must have).HTML & CSS knowledge (must have).5+ years in Marketing (must have, senior level).5+ years in Digital Strategy (must have, senior level).French – C2 level (must have).Experience in the energy sector (should have).Knowledge of responsive design & mobile UI (should have).English – C1 level (should have).German – C1 level (nice to have).What We OfferYou will join a company committed to digital transformation and customer-centric innovation within a vital sector.
