Job Responsibilities
During your rotations, you will:
Support design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes in collaboration with experienced engineers
Contribute to manufacturing processes improvements, factory innovation and lifecycle management initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, product, quality and regulatory teams
Analyse technical challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards in all activities
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and actively contribute to team objectives
Your exact responsibilities will evolve across rotations to ensure a broad and meaningful learning experience.
Profile Description

Must-have:
Master’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Ducth and English
