The focus is on Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Windows enrollment, basic Intune administration, and remote user support. You will follow established procedures, help build our knowledge base, and contribute to small IT projects.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues for end users;Support installation and inspection of complex systems with guidance as needed.Service Desk Process:Follow IT service desk processes and best practices;Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base;Collaboration & Projects:Work closely with IT colleagues and business users;Support small-scale IT projects as assigned.Audio & Video:Experience with MS Teams & Zoom is a plus.
1–3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a Level 2 or similar role;Experience with IT ticketing systems and documentation;Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written);Tech savvy and eager to learn new technologies;Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
