We are looking for a Fleet Key Account Manager Hyundai for Wallonia

What does a Fleet Key Account Manager role look like at Astara?
As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you play a key role in growing our fleet sales within the medium to large fleet segment. You build long-term relationships with strategic fleet customers in the Wallonia region, and translate their needs into tailored mobility solutions. You are responsible for executing our direct fleet sales strategy, closely monitoring sales performance and adjusting where necessary to maximize efficiency.

You negotiate commercial conditions in line with company policy and ensure a smooth implementation of our products and services with customers. Through your customer-centric mindset and strong commercial insight, you actively contribute to the growth of both our customer base and overall fleet volumes.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key fleet customers through regular contact and client visits.
* Acting as a strategic advisor, supporting customers on all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle selection, leasing solutions, TCO and sustainable mobility.
* Actively advising on mobility strategies and influencing decisions related to taxation, benefits in kind and legislation.
* Achieving predefined sales targets by offering customized fleet solutions tailored to each customer's specific needs.
* Negotiating pricing, contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring balanced and sustainable agreements for both the customer and the organization.
* Presenting not only vehicles, but also relevant additional services and mobility solutions that enhance customer value.
* Coordinating and responding to RFQs at local level in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identifying commercial opportunities within existing customer relationships and actively developing them further.
* Proactively prospecting new strategic customers within the fleet market to support business growth.

What do you bring?

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
* At least 5 years of commercial experience in the automotive sector, ideally as an account manager, fleet specialist, dealer or within a leasing company.
* In-depth knowledge of the fleet market.
* Strong expertise in fleet management, vehicle financing, leasing solutions and TCO calculations.
* Solid understanding of electric vehicles and sustainable mobility trends is a strong asset.
* Excellent command of French, Dutch and English.
