Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HR Consultant to support and enhance SAP HR solutions across core HR processes, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Time Management. The role involves hands-on configuration, business engagement, support, and continuous improvement in a long-term environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutions
Configure and support SAP HR modules (PA/OM, Time, Payroll)
Handle incidents, root cause analysis, and system improvements
Lead and execute functional and integration testing
Support business users in defining use cases and test scenarios
Maintain high-quality functional and technical documentation
Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimisation
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP HR consulting experience
Strong functional expertise in SAP HR (PA/OM, Time, Payroll)
Basic practical ABAP knowledge
Solid understanding of HR processes and digital transformation
Experience with SAP reporting and data analysis
SAP Web technologies (Web Dynpro, Fiori, OData) are a plus
