Your Mission
As HRIS / SuccessFactors Change & Adoption Manager, you will bridge the gap between HR, technology, and end users.
Your goal? Ensure that HR processes are not only designed correctly but are also understood, adopted, and consistently applied across the organization.
You'll play a key role in translating system capabilities into practical HR workflows, driving user adoption, and creating a sustainable HR knowledge environment.
What You'll Be Doing
HR Process Design & Simplification
- Translate HRIS capabilities into clear and efficient HR processes
- Design and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle flows:
- Hiring
- Position management
- Organizational changes
- Employee exits
- Simplify and standardize HR ways of working
- Align processes with operational HR reality

Change & Adoption Leadership
- Act as the bridge between project teams and the HR community
- Translate system changes into clear business impact
- Drive adoption of new HR processes and tools
- Engage stakeholders and gather feedback

- Develop a structured HRIS training approach

Experience
- Strong background in HR (HRBP, HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Transformation...)
- Experience in:

- Change management
- Training & enablement
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with HR systems is required
- SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus
