Project Manager for Engineering and Property Services
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to Heat transition, sustainable energy, and geothermal energy.
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled project manager who can lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a portfolio worth €20 million per year. You will be responsible for successfully handling projects ranging from €500,000 to €10 million, and have program management responsibilities for a portfolio worth €20 million per year.
* Lead Multiple Projects: You will be responsible for leading multiple projects at once, including projects related to Heat transition, sustainable energy, and geothermal energy.
* Develop Project Execution Plan: You will develop a project execution plan that includes relevant execution strategies for design, construction, procurement, risks, and more.
* Ensure Adherence to Policies and Procedures: You will ensure adherence to policies, procedures, statutory and regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent through experience.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 Years of Project Management Experience: A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including prior experience with capital projects in the industry.
* Knowledge of Project Controls: Knowledge of project controls in cost and schedule development, financial assessments, and managing budget and schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with heat transition projects, such as modern warm water network technology, sustainable energy projects, optimizing use of geothermal energy, etc. Familiarity with J&J PM approaches (FPX & IDEA Project Delivery Process). Special expertise in projects related to Heat transition projects, such as modern Warm water network technology, sustainable energy, geothermal energy, etc… Master's Degree in Engineering. Fluency in English and Dutch languages.
