Inchcape Belux employs over 250 team members. Our portfolio includes vehicle distribution for world-renowned brands, market leading fulfilment solutions, exceptional retail experiences, and tailored financial services.
* Klanten hartelijk verwelkomen en doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega.
* Communicatie met klanten verzorgen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie
* De showroom netjes, uitnodigend en goed georganiseerd houden.
* Meehelpen bij de voorbereiding en coördinatie van showroom-events.
* Dagelijkse administratieve taken beheren zoals PO-aanmaak, contact met leveranciers en kasbeheer.
* Voorschotfacturen opmaken en correcte opvolging garanderen.
* Ondersteunen bij sleuteloverdrachten, technische keuringen, after-sales onthaal of testritten wanneer nodig.
* Inkomende en uitgaande post verwerken.
* Back-up vormen voor Toyota & Lexus Product Experts en Service Experts.
Profiel
* Je beschikt over sterke klantgerichte vaardigheden en straalt een warme, professionele houding uit.
* Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
* Ervaring met administratieve taken zoals PO-aanmaak, facturatie en leverancierscontact is een groot pluspunt.
* Je houdt van een ordelijke, gastvrije showroomomgeving.
* Je kan vlot meerdere taken tegelijk beheren, van eventondersteuning tot sleuteloverdrachten en testritplanning.
