Le suivi de la performance des sous-traitants couvre plusieurs domaines : la maintenance des trains, le soutien aux missions d’ingénierie, ainsi que les services de nettoyage et de confort à bord. Pour répondre à cet objectif, nous recherchons un Head of Contracts (M/F). The Eurostar Group, operating several fleets of high-speed trains across multiple countries, operates in a demanding environment where safety, reliability, availability, cost control, and quality are essential priorities. In order to maintain this fleet at an optimal level, rigorous management of subcontractors is necessary, as well as effective control of the budgets allocated by management. The performance of subcontractors is monitored across several areas: train maintenance, support for engineering missions, as well as onboard cleaning and comfort services. Head of Contracts (M/F) Safety Member of the internal Rolling Stock safety committees. Part of Eurostar's management team and the industrial department's executive committee, thus taking on Safety Leadership responsibilities. Ensures compliance with the SGS THIF and SMS EIL requirements, applicable regulations, and imposed contractual requirements. Formalises responsibilities and delegations within his/her entity. Ensures the execution of the safety action plan actions assigned to him/her. Participates in proposing changes within his/her scope of responsibility. Organises, monitors, and evolves the control plan of his/her entity and carries out the KN1 activities for which he/she is responsible. Is responsible for his/her own safety and that of others during all activities carried out as part of his/her duties. Manages the most impactful contracts as the contract manager. Strategy Participates in decision‑making related to strategic planning for heavy maintenance and projects requiring long‑term fleet downtime. Participates in the formulation of the annual maintenance order with the fleet management team. Ensures that the constraints of cleaning activities are properly considered when developing the rosters, while attempting to best meet Eurostar's commercial and economic needs. Participates in strategic decisions related to the department's budget. Management Leads and manages the teams assigned to him/her. Ensures proper alignment of resources and competencies within his/her entity to ensure the assigned tasks are carried out. Is responsible for the team's training plan in line with the required competencies for the job descriptions. Ensures material standby support for continental Rolling Stock. Performance Is responsible for the financial performance of the department and will ensure that the budget (Capex and Opex) is adhered to. He/She will identify any deviations from forecasts and opportunities for cost savings or optimisation. Is responsible for Rolling Stock performance concerning cleaning activities, among other things, through customer satisfaction (NPS). Is responsible for implementing Lean tools to ensure accurate measurements, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to meet the objectives for the activities within his/her entity. Participates in all governance related to financial performance. Participates in all necessary governance for the proper management of contracts. Ensures that all contract requirements are met. Regarding budget management, he/she works closely with the finance department and the commitment committee, ensuring that all Rolling Stock files that require it are presented to the commitment board (as well as the Eurostar board for related party contracts) according to the timeline for each project. Vous avez un master en ingénierie ou assimilé Vous avez minimum 10ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire Vous avez une excellente connaissance de l’univers matériel, de la sécurité et du système de maintenance Vous avez déjà manager une équipe. Vous avez du leadership, êtes organisé et structuré. Vous maitrisez à l’oral et à l’écrit le français et anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus. U heeft een masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige opleiding. U heeft minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. U heeft uitstekende kennis van het materieel, veiligheid en het onderhoudssysteem. U heeft al een team geleid. U hebt leiderschap, bent georganiseerd en gestructureerd. U beheerst zowel mondeling als schriftelijk het Frans en Engels. Nederlands is een pluspunt. You have a master's degree in engineering or a related field. You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. You have excellent knowledge of rolling stock, safety, and the maintenance system. You have experience in managing a team.
