We’re looking for a purpose‑driven and entrepreneurial Health Equity Impact Commercial Lead to design and scale innovative business models that expand access to care for patients most in need. About the role
As Health Equity Impact Commercial Lead, you will support the design and implementation of transformative, data‑driven business models aimed at addressing systemic barriers to health equity. Reporting to the Health Equity Impact Business Head, you will embed a health equity lens across local and asset teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while maximizing sustainable patient impact. Through servant leadership, you will shape new ways of working focused on impact, entrepreneurship, and external collaboration. You will identify underserved populations, uncover root causes of inequity, and co‑create tailored solutions that can be piloted and scaled globally.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional internal stakeholders across local, regional, and asset teams, while building trusted partnerships with external stakeholders. Together, you will co‑design systemic solutions grounded in real‑world insights and continuous external validation.
What will you do
1. Identify underserved patient groups and health inequities using external data.
2. Develop and execute innovative business models with cross-functional teams.
3. Build and manage strategic partnerships for scalable impact.
4. Develop strong business cases, financials, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
5. Track proof-of-concept and scaling phases with transparent insights.
6. Lead a center of excellence on underserved populations and best practices.
7. Ensure all activities adhere to ethical, compliance, quality, and integrity standards.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills
8. Master’s degree (required)
9. Several years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, with at least 5 years in commercial, health system engagement, or health equity roles across the US, Europe, Japan, or China
10. Proven experience leading matrix teams and driving value creation in complex environments
11. Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and systemically
12. Demonstrated success in cross‑functional leadership and external stakeholder engagement
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
14. High integrity and a strong ethical track record
