This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as an HR Services Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of various administrative and organizational tasks connected to personnel administration.
You will partner closely with the HR Business Partner for all employee file related matters and changes.

Your Key Responsibilities
">
1. Administrative processing of information from line management concerning personnel files and payment of wages and salaries;
2. Keep our masterdata system (SuccessFactors) and payroll system up to date;
3. Maintain day-to-day contacts with social secretary;
4. Provide information and answer questions from employees on social legislation, internal procedures, and rules;
5. Act as a backup for colleagues in the HR Services team and ensure timely responses to employee queries related to other departments;
6. Stay up-to-date on developments in the HR field of expertise, labor market, government initiatives, labor laws, and social security;
7. Think proactively about process improvements within the department and bring these ideas to team meetings;
8. Participate in projects concerning wages and salary administration to improve processes constantly;

Your Profile

* Bachelor degree with 3 or 4 years of experience;
* Knowledge of social law, payroll, and administrative procedures;
* Experience in payroll is essential;
* Good working knowledge of Dutch and English, French knowledge is an asset;
* Good Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Word;
* Experience with SuccessFactor is a plus;
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities;
* Critical and curious mindset to review processes and ways of working;
* High level of accuracy;
* Stress resistance in a highly changing environment;
