For its Benelux Team based in the European Head office in Belgium (Oudenaarde), Samsonite is currently looking for an enthusiastic Commercial/Customer Service Assistant.
In this role, you will become part of the Benelux Office Team reporting to the Office Manager.
You will be in direct contact with customers and end consumers and work closely together with the sales team, the marketing team, the planning team, the service after sales team and the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and follow up orders in an accurate way
* Answer in a clear and efficient way to any queries from customers and end consumers to maximize the customer loyalty. This includes product information, information about availability of products, price requests, service after sales info, etc.
* Resolve complaints and disputes from customers and end consumers in a professional way
* Provide support to the sales force
* Manage credit notes, debit notes and return notes
* Maintain an up to date product knowledge
* Provide general support to other projects whenever required
* Deal with reviews/comments on social media
