As a Sales Order Entry Processor, you'll be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle, from receiving customer orders to ensuring accurate delivery and invoicing. You'll serve as the key point of contact for order-related communication and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounting) to deliver top-tier customer service.
* Verify customer order details (completeness, pricing, contract terms)
* Enter and process sales orders
* Create and follow up on purchase orders
* Send order confirmations to customers
* Resolve order-related issues (technical, commercial, logistical, administrative, financial)
* Coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams, warehouses, and production sites
* Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status
* Monitor and adjust orders as needed
* Handle return shipments and related credit/debit processing
* Provide required documentation (e.g., QA, compliance certificates)
* Keep internal systems and records up to date
* Ensure departmental KPIs and guidelines are met
* Support and back up local warehouse operations
* Assist finance with payment issue resolution
We are looking for a Sales Order Entry Processor that :
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience (10+ years preferred)
* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure
* Solution-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
* Team player with strong initiative
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Excel and Word
* Bonus: Interest in technical/industrial products, SAP experience, or team coordination skills
