The role:
Own biomarker statistics end to end, translating research questions into robust quantitative strategies and delivering analyses across longitudinal, survival, and multi-omics data. Work closely with clinical, biomarker, and data science teams to inform programme decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead biomarker and multi-omics analyses
* Develop reproducible R-based statistical workflows
* Contribute to biomarker reporting, dashboards, and regulatory discussions
* Mentor and influence across quantitative team
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field
* 8+ years’ pharma/biotech experience
* Strong biomarker statistics background
* Expert R/Bioconductor skills (Python/ML a plus)
* Experience with CDISC and modern data platforms
