Your Mission

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Customer Success Operations Sr Analyst to strengthen our Customer Success strategy and accelerate our go-to-market engine in a rapidly growing SaaS company. You will partner with CS, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to design scalable processes, implement effective incentives and structures, and ensure execution aligns with business priorities. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and influence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with CS and executive leadership to define the go-to-market strategy—including segmentation, sales motions, and revenue growth priorities.
* Design and continuously refine quota-setting frameworks, territory models, and headcount planning to enable scalable growth.
* Develop compensation strategies and incentive structures that drive exceptional performance while aligning with company objectives.
* Build and manage strategic dashboards and frameworks to monitor CS productivity, NRR, Excel/Google Sheets as needed.
* Translate business questions into analytical projects, delivering actionable insights to guide product focus, market entry, and commercial efficiency.
* Drive operational rigor through annual/quarterly planning cycles, cross-functional alignment, and performance reviews.
* Identify and implement process improvements across tools, data flows, and CRM workflows (HubSpot) to enhance efficiency at scale.

Requirements:

* 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Business Operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
* Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)
* Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue motions (new business, upsell, retention).
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
* Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and independently lead complex initiatives.
* Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support, and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization meets its targets. The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in São Paulo. This is a critical role in our firm's infrastructure, demanding both technical rigor and strong operational ownership.
You will be a key member of our back-office team, working directly with the CFO and senior partners to ensure the efficiency, compliance, and scalability of our fund's operations.
