Digital Technology Omnichannel Services drives global omnichannel transformation for healthcare professionals and patients, delivering secure, innovative, and user-centric web solutions that support commercial and patient impact objectives. The Functional Analyst will join a collaborative environment, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure our digital platforms meet the highest standards of performance, integration, and customer experience. The Functional Analyst (FA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders (Business Omnichannel) and the technical delivery teams (Product Owner, Architect, Technical Lead, Developers). This role is responsible for translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical increments for digital omnichannel solutions (websites for HCPs and patients, web CMS, etc.). The FA ensures that delivered solutions will meet our standards for security, compliance, and user experience. This role collaborates closely with the Technical Product Owner and other DT stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality digital products
Major responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Translation
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Ensure requirements are feasible, clear, and aligned with technical and business objectives. Solution Design, Delivery and Documentation
• Collaborate with Technical Architect and Technical Lead to design solutions that meet business needs
• Support the development team throughout the implementation process, clarifying requirements and validating deliverables.
• Participate in solution testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
• Builds and maintains the technical documentation of delivered solutions Stakeholder Collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business analysts and technical teams. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the evolution of digital processes, tools, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with trends in web technologies, CMS, and digital healthcare.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing practices
• Aware on foundational of security, configuration, infrastructure concepts, AI, reporting and data structures
• Experience in functional analysis and working with business stakeholders to translate their business requirements to technical solutions. Can do both Project management & Business analysis
• Has experience with content management systems such as Drupal and headless architecture
• Decision maker with sound business judgment who isn’t afraid to speak up and challenge current thinking
• 5–10 years of working experience in a similar functional analyst
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
• Experience working in agile and/or hybrid project environments
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Familiarity with headless architectures and modern web frameworks
