We’re looking for a senior biomarker statistics expert to drive analytical strategy across immunology programs. This is a high‑impact role shaping decisions from early research through late‑stage development — with deep influence on biomarker science, multi‑omics analytics, and translational decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end biomarker statistical strategy
Translate scientific questions into robust quantitative approaches
Analyse multi‑omics datasets (transcriptomics/proteomics/metabolomics)
Set standards for reproducible R/Bioconductor workflows
Collaborate across Clinical, Quantitative Sciences, Translational & Preclinical teams
Build dashboards (R/Shiny, Spotfire) and transparent reporting outputs
Work with Git‑first workflows and cloud platforms (Posit, Databricks, Snowflake)
Requirements:
5+ years in pharma/biotech clinical development
Expert R & Bioconductor skills
Deep expertise across biomarker methodology (diagnostic, prognostic, PD, predictive)
Strong communication skills for translating complex data
Experience in ML (classification, clustering, regularized models, MLflow‑style workflows)
Familiarity with CDISC standards and submission metadata
Proficiency with Git, Databricks, Snowflake, CI/CD concepts
Experience building dashboards (R/Shiny, Spotfire)
