EDGX is a fast-growing Belgian spacetech company defining the compute layer of the space economy. Product Marketing & Strategic Messaging – 30%
Messaging (B2B & B2G): You create highly technical content for engineers (Performance, Latency, SWaP-C) AND strategic content for high-level stakeholders (Sovereignty, Security, Future-proofing).
You produce the Pitch Decks, One-Pagers, and Case Studies that the Sales team uses every day. You act as the bridge between the market and our engineering teams (system, software, data science).
You own the website and social networks. Your goal is to turn visitors into leads by optimising the user journey and managing high-value downloads (White Papers, product specifications, etc.).
Outbound: In coordination with the Business Development & Sales team, you execute targeted outbound campaigns.
You coordinate outreach campaigns to support the Business Development & Sales to secure meetings for trade shows & conferences
You design content sequences (newsletters, product updates, multimedia content, etc.) Engage potential hardware/software partners and drive relationships that could lead to synergies, business or product collaborations.
Whether you do it yourself or brief freelancers/interns, you are responsible for the quality, deadline, and delivery of all brand and communication assets.
Content Creation: You manage the editorial line and calendar (LinkedIn, Blog). You supervise external contributors to produce regular, high-quality content.
You draft press releases for company milestones (product launches, contracts, partnerships) and identify key journalists (Space, Tech, Defence) to secure coverage and interviews for the leadership team.
Budget & Planning: You own the marketing budget, you plan, allocate and align with business development and corporate goals
Experience: 3-7+ years in B2B Marketing within a complex sector (Deeptech, Industry, Embedded Systems, SaaS), and ability to navigate B2G (Space Agencies, Ministries of Defence) as well.
Business focus and revenue generation: You view marketing as a revenue generator. You prioritise materials that help sell.
You excel at simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for business and government leaders.
Coordinator: You know how to manage a budget and planning, pilot an intern, and brief freelancers effectively to multiply your output.
Willingness to represent the company at conferences and events, including on stage or at workshops
Languages: English proficiency is mandatory. A second language (German, Dutch, French, etc.) Direct Impact: Work directly with the CEO and closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager to shape your roadmap and priorities.
