Office Manager & Executive Assistant of a Non-Profit (Part-time, Hybrid – 80% Home)
The Royal Belgian Society of Rheumatology (KBVR–SRBR) is looking for a part-time Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our team.
You'll be the administrative backbone of our association, supporting office operations, accounting, events, and projects for our scientific society (KBVR-SRBR) and research fund (FWRO-FRSR).
This role has core responsibilities, but we're open to shaping it around your skills and interests, allowing it to grow with you

What you'll do:
* Manage invoices, memberships, and legal files
* Organise the office, meetings, and daily administration
* Support events, awareness campaigns, and our three annual scientific congresses
* Assist with communication, website, and social media updates
* Translate or review documents in Dutch, French, and English
What we're looking for:
* Fluent in Dutch (ideal but not an absolute must have), good command of English, understanding of French
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or communication
* Proficient with Microsoft 365
* Autonomous, organized, flexible, and motivated
* Available for evening meetings (1-2 /month) and 2-3 weekends per year.
