Piping Engineer / Mechanical Designer (5–20 Years’ Experience)

We are an international engineering and manufacturing group known for delivering high-quality, innovative process installations. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Piping Engineer / Mechanical Designer to join our project teams.
You will work on technically interesting, custom-built installations and play a key role in translating process concepts and P&IDs into practical, buildable designs.
Your Role
* Design piping systems and mechanical layouts based on P&IDs and project specifications
* Develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings including layouts, assemblies, and construction drawings
* Design piping, steel structures, and supporting mechanical components
* Identify clashes, interfaces, and installation constraints early in the design process
* Support project teams with quantities, layouts, and constructability input
* Work closely with project managers, process engineers, and other disciplines
* Ensure designs meet applicable standards, safety requirements, and ergonomic principles
Your Profile
* 5 to 20 years of experience in piping or mechanical design within an industrial or process environment
* Strong experience reading, interpreting, and working from P&IDs
* Proficient with 3D CAD tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar
* Solid mechanical and piping engineering fundamentals
* Experience with bulk handling or process installations is an advantage
* Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a project-based environment
