We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator – Asset Management Department for one of our key clients.
Your responsibilities
You will support the Asset Management Leadership Team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department.
* Manage and coordinate the agenda of the Leadership Team within the Asset Management department.
* Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including booking meeting rooms.
* Prepare presentations based on the information provided.
* Monitor departmental mailboxes and ensure timely follow-up.
* Handle administrative processing of budget files (e.g., creating POs).
* Support colleagues in administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, memos).
* Maintain up-to-date contacts in the CRM tool.
* Assist in administrative onboarding and offboarding of department colleagues.
* Organize business travel and team-building activities.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
* Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English.
* Proactive and autonomous, able to take initiatives and organize tasks independently.
* Excellent multitasking skills; able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
* Strong interest in a dynamic, varied work environment.
