L3 Application Support – HR Applications Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium | Contract Role | Start Date: By 8 September 2025 (possibility to extend till end of 2028)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Level 3 Application Support Engineer to provide advanced support for a suite of enterprise HR applications. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, maintaining application performance, contributing to process improvements, and working closely with end users and cross-functional teams.Our professionals with a passion for technology develop ICT solutions for clients in the Defence, Intelligence & Security, Digital Forensics, and Public & Private sectors. This role offers the chance to work on impactful systems and collaborate with expert technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 3 support for HR systems including:RLDatix DefenceSuite / OneViewCreative IT manageIDPNMSoft SequenceTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end layersManage incident tracking, escalation, and resolution workflowsMaintain and configure cloud-based infrastructure (Azure/AWS)CI/CD pipelinesEntra ID roles and group managementCollaborate in Agile teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)Develop and maintain user and technical documentationDeliver user training and promote adoption of self-service toolsMonitor application and infrastructure performance and report issuesRequired QualificationsExperience10+ years in technical support / service engineeringAt least 2 years in software engineering (requirements, testing, deployment, config management)Experience in international environments and HR IT systemsTechnical SkillsProficient in:Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, Windows/Linux serversNetworking, PKI, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Web technologies: HTML5, XML, SQL, REST, Web ServicesProgramming: .NET, C#, Java, JavaScriptFamiliar with:Application lifecycle management tools Why Join Us?Contribute to meaningful, technology-driven projects across varied sectorsWork in a collaborative, innovation-focused environmentEngage in professional growth through ongoing learning and knowledge sharingReady to take the next step in your application support career?
