What you’ll do
You’ll join early. Expect high ownership and ultra-fast execution.
* Ship end-to-end: from backend architecture to frontend UX
* Bring ideas: you’ll be expected to have a direct hand in product decisions.
* Shape how we build: help refine our stack, workflows, and technical standards
* Accelerate our growth: build and scale our infrastructure for rapidly increasing demand
Who you are
* 3+ years building production web applications
* AI-native developer: you code with AI as leverage
* Strong in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
* Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data
* Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
* Clear communicator with strong product intuition
Nice to haves
* Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimisation
* Hands-on work with generative AI or vector search in production
* Familiarity with Vercel workflows, CI/CD, and observability/testing tools
