Your responsibilities

1. Prepare Purchase Orders, and proceed receiving and invoicing
2. Process technical reports towards official issuance acc. to our internal process
3. Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations
4. Establish guidelines and procedures
5. Actively propose and implement cost reduction and efficiency ideas
6. Support the team’s digitalization processes
7. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
8. Support internal and external communication with stakeholders.
9. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team activities.

Your profile

10. Proven experience as administrative assistant
11. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
12. Rigorous and self-disciplined
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Flemish and French are a plus.
14. A very good knowledge of Excel is required (advanced formulas, pivot, and powerBI. A good command of powerApp is a plus.
15. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
