Your Key Responsibilities
* Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
* Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
* Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration
* Prepare and execute test scenarios
* Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
* Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
* Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures
Your Profile
You have:
* A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
* Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
* Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),
* Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
* SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
* Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module
