As a strategic partner to business leaders, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) drives organizational effectiveness, builds people capability, and shapes a high‐performance, inclusive culture. You will translate business strategy into people plans across workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement, and change management.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives; provide data‐driven insights and recommendations.
* Workforce Management: Conduct research in the local market to identify and expand the external labor agency resource pool to drive for higher labor quality & lower labor cost; collaborate with the procurement team on the contract negotiation and signing.
* Talent Management: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career pathways; drive internal mobility and high‐potential programs.
* Performance & Rewards: Coach managers on goal‐setting, feedback, calibration, and performance improvement plans; advise on compensation guidelines in partnership with Total Rewards.
* Employee Relations: Manage complex ER matters with fairness and compliance; conduct investigations and advise on corrective actions.
* Engagement & Culture: Analyze engagement data (e.g., eNPS), craft action plans with leaders, and champion inclusion, well‐being, and recognition initiatives.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure policy adherence, local labor‐law compliance, and consistent application of global standards; improve HR processes with HRIS.
* People Analytics: Use HR metrics and dashboards to monitor health of org (attrition, time‐to‐fill, diversity, absenteeism) and inform decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, experiences of managing external labor agencies preferably in the logistics industry.
* Strong communication and collaboration capability
* Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet
* Must be analytical, have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Bilingual written/speaking is desirable (English proficient as work language).
