Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you turn client needs into concrete operational solutions. You bear overall responsibility for your projects, ensuring a balance between technical excellence, safety, and financial profitability.
Your main missions are as follows:
* Manage the entirety of the project sites, from plan design to the final commissioning of the installations.
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, high-quality, and efficient execution.
* Optimize the financial performance of projects by precisely managing budgets and margins.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Interact with sales and pre-sales teams to validate the technological relevance of the chosen solutions.
* Develop the skills of internal technicians by evaluating their performance and supporting them in their professional growth.
* Deliver projects of excellence by validating each technical stage and providing final user training.
Profile
* You hold an engineering degree in electronics or electricity, or equivalent training demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
* You have proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the electronics or electricity sector.
* You communicate with ease in English and either Dutch or French (knowledge of all three is a strong asset), enabling you to manage projects in a multilingual context.
* You master project management tools and possess a solid knowledge of risk prevention standards.
* You embody a natural leadership style, capable of uniting teams toward a common goal of quality and customer satisfaction.
