The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support the company's business objectives and employee experience.

The company is active in banking and financial services.

HR Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Act as a strategic partner to leadership and managers on people-related matters

Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent

Performance Management & DevelopmentDesign and manage performance review processes

Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans

Employee RelationsAct as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers

Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution

Compensation, Benefits & HR OperationsManage compensation structures, benefits programs, and salary reviews

Ensure accurate HR administration, records, and reporting

Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations

Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Experience working with HR systems and recruitment tools

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization

Strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Fluent in English + French or Dutch
