Summary
The role of Learning Technology Specialist aims to enhance and manage TalentShare (SAP SuccessFactors LMS) and internal solution RISE (Degreed-powered LXP) in a compliant, innovative, and efficient manner within a validated system environment.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Learning Technology Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring optimal functionality of learning management systems while maintaining compliance.
Manage and enhance TalentShare (SAP SuccessFactors LMS) and RISE (Degreed-powered LXP).
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and maintain a validated system environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document system changes and manage releases.
Conduct system testing and support feature releases.
Engage users and provide support for a smooth user experience.
Key Requirements:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Degreed LXP.
Familiarity with GxP compliance and validated systems.
Strong skills in documentation and system testing.
Release management experience.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Fluency in French.
Experience with Power Automate.
Experience with Power BI.
Knowledge of HTML.
Other Details:
Location: Hybrid role, 2 days/week on-site at HQ in Belgium.
Duration: Starting ASAP until the end of 2026 (potential for extension).
