To further strengthen our presence in Europe, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and channel growth across the Benelux and France region.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies for the Benelux & France market
* Identify, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and strategic partners
* Drive sales growth of AED and emergency medical solutions across hospitals, EMS, public access, and corporate segments
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Support local tenders, projects, and market access activities
* Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and commercial negotiations
* Collaborate closely with international sales, product management, and marketing teams
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
* Represent PRIMEDIC at exhibitions, conferences, and customer events
Your Profile
* Several years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in emergency care / AED / critical care / EMS products
* Strong distributor management and business development capabilities
* Good understanding of the Benelux and/or French healthcare market
* Experience in tender projects and channel sales is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel frequently within the region
* Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong advantage
* Based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or France preferred
