Overview Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Vendor Quality Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for critical manufacturing partners. The project involves ensuring high-level quality oversight for drug products and finished goods within an international framework.
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day quality oversight for assigned GMP vendors and act as the primary contact for deviations and OOS investigations.
Monitor vendor quality performance through KPI tracking and regular governance meetings.
Establish and maintain quality agreements, ensuring timely periodic reviews and compliance updates.
Review PQR and annual product stability programs to ensure continuous quality standards.
Drive the resolution of complex quality issues and coordinate vendor-related investigations.
Follow up on audit observations and CAPA implementation while supporting health authority inspections at vendor sites.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders from technical operations and supply chain throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements You have experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical sector.
You bring solid expertise in GMP environments and quality oversight.
You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate international environments.
You're capable of working independently on complex quality topics with a solution-oriented approach.
You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves 5+ years of experience in a similar quality role.
Experience in aseptic manufacturing or quality roles based directly at manufacturing sites.
Experience managing complex global CMOs or eligibility as a QP.
