Job Description:
Client is looking for a Release Manager to strengthen the ICT Applications – Data Management service. The Data Management department is facing significant challenges, largely driven by the DRIVE program through assignments and projects such as:
Stabilization and renewal of the Central Market System (CMS) at Atrias and implementation of new market processes (MIG6).
Introduction of a new tariff methodology.
Expansion of energy sharing initiatives.
Submetering combined with multiple connections to a single access point.
Updating and renewing metering processes to address the growing number of digital meters and increasing data volumes.
Data Management is shaping the market forces of tomorrow through the Road 2 strategies, enabling and supporting the energy transition.
Program Context Projects within the DRIVE program are primarily focused on market forces, with strong interaction across metering, asset management, and financial systems. Domains include:
Functional areas such as Metering, Structure, and Billing.
Transversal domains such as Reporting and Transition.
Skills:
Demonstrable experience with ticketing tools (TopDesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
Proven experience as a planner and organizer of projects
Demonstrable experience in the Belgian energy market
Demonstrable experience in Release Management (preparation, communication, follow-up)
Demonstrable experience coordinating releases within a program operation (multiple releases/projects)
Demonstrable experience coordinating assigned projects
Demonstrable experience with external stakeholders (emphasis on communication)
Proven experience with releases across various technology stacks and release tools
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills during interview
Scrum Master certificate (to be added to proposal)
Proven experience using Confluence
Proven experience with testing tools (HP ALM, Jira, etc.)
Proven experience with CI/CD
Demonstrable experience in defining and following up on KPIs
Proven MIG6 experience and market processes
