Responsibilities
Our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is the revenue engine of TikTok, partnering with brands and agencies to deliver high‑impact marketing solutions. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) team is the strategic cornerstone driving the organizational health, talent strategy and culture of GBS. As the HRBP Lead for GBS Sales in São Paulo, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, navigating a hyper‑growth environment to build a resilient, high‑performing commercial organization.
What You’ll Do:
* Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor to the GBS Sales leadership team in Brazil, aligning business objectives with talent strategies to drive commercial success.
* Organizational Resilience: Champion change management and foster a culture of resilience, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity, rapid growth and evolving market dynamics.
* Local Market Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Brazilian talent landscape and local labour dynamics to adapt and implement global HR initiatives effectively within the local context.
* Talent & Performance Management: Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, talent mapping, succession planning and compensation planning.
* Cross‑Border Collaboration: Serve as the crucial bridge between local Brazilian operations and regional/global HR Centres of Excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across time zones and cultures.
* Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies that foster an inclusive, high‑energy and engaging work environment for the sales organisation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner; 2+ years supporting commercial, sales or tech organisations.
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal), with a proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across regional and global teams.
* Deep local market expertise, including a strong understanding of Brazilian labour laws, commercial talent trends and standard methodologies.
* Demonstrated resilience and agility; proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, highly ambiguous and matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience working within a global technology, media or digital advertising company.
* Experience leading or mentoring HR professionals.
* Strong data fluency; ability to analyse HR metrics and translate them into actionable business insights.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive, "builder" mindset.
