We are currently partnering with a growing and innovative organisation within the life sciences sector to recruit an Account Manager covering Flanders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded life sciences professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting researchers with innovative laboratory solutions.
📍 Location: Flanders, Belgium
💼 Permanent | Full-time
Key responsibilities:
• Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio within the life sciences research sector
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across academic, biotech, and research laboratories
• Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable technical solutions
• Promoting a broad portfolio of laboratory consumables and equipment
• Preparing commercial proposals and quotations
• Managing negotiations and following sales opportunities through to completion
• Building strong long-term relationships with researchers and laboratory stakeholders
We are looking for candidates with:
✔ A degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Biomedical Sciences, or similar
✔ Previous experience within life sciences sales or laboratory environments
✔ Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
✔ Understanding of laboratory workflows and researcher expectations
✔ A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
✔ Fluent Dutch and good communication skills in English
