Product portfolio manager

To support our growing international organization, we are looking for a Product Portfolio Manager who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on, business-driven mindset.
Your role
As Product Portfolio Manager, you support the Product team by translating product, pricing and sales data into clear, actionable insights. You actively manage the underlying processes of assortment, pricing and lifecycle end-to-end.
By identifying growth opportunities, successful patterns and future potential, you have a direct impact on how our portfolio evolves and grows.
This role is part of the Product team and is based at our headquarters in Boom. It combines analytical insight with strategic product thinking and close cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
Product & Assortment Performance
* Analyse performance per category, collection and SKU
* Identify bestsellers, growth drivers and scalable successes
* Detect underperformers and complexity drivers where relevant
* Provide assortment reviews with clear, fact-based recommendations
Pricing & Margin Governance
* Prepare and maintain the pricing master files
* Ensure price coherence and logical price ladder structure
* Conduct structured competitor and market price analysis
* Support repricing scenarios for growth, repositioning or optimisation
Lifecycle Management
* Track launch performance (3/6/12 months)
* Identify products to scale, evolve, refresh or phase out
* Monitor margin evolution and cost trends to protect long-term performance
Cross-functional Decision Support
* Analyse SKU depth by category, region and customer type
* Support Management with decision-ready insights
* Enable teams to focus on products with strong commercial potential
* Actionable insights for fairs, showrooms, catalogues and campaigns with Marketing
* Development and optimisation efforts with Product Developers
Data Ownership
* Ensure a single source of truth for product lifecycle, pricing and performance data
* Improve and maintain data quality and usability in collaboration with ERP / PIM stakeholders
Growth & Opportunity Identification
* Highlight opportunities to extend, deepen or replicate successful products
* Support decisions on range extensions, upgrades and successors
* Provide insight into emerging patterns across regions and customer types
Your profile
We'd love to meet you if you:
* Have experience in product performance, portfolio management or commercial analytics
* Hold a Master's degree in Business Economics, Commercial Engineering or Applied Economics
* Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Possess strong analytical and structuring skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Have advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools
* Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Are structured, pragmatic, curious and opportunity-driven with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
* Communicate clearly and fact-based
