Join our Field Services division as an Outside Services Sales Representative (OSSR), covering the Antwerp and Limburg regions in Belgium. #LI-JB10 As an OSSR, you'll drive growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive portfolio of services-including start-up, maintenance, modernization, and digital solutions-for electrical equipment installed at customer sites. Your goal? Strengthen customer relationships, expand our installed base, and maximize service revenue. What you'll do: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key accounts in your region. * Promote the full range of Schneider Electric services, with a focus on recurring and digital offers. * Educate customers on our solutions and ensure high satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. * Manage your sales funnel and performance using Salesforce (BFO). * Collaborate with Inside Sales and Business Unit Account Managers to identify and close opportunities. * Provide accurate forecasts and support tender teams with timely, detailed input. * Monitor margins and apply escalation processes when needed. * Represent Schneider Electric at trade shows and industry events. Who you are: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Fluent in Dutch plus English, French is a plus. * Master's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent by experience). * Proven experience in technical sales; service sales experience is a strong plus. * Skilled in consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships. * Sales-driven, resilient, and a true team player. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. * Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (especially Salesforce). * Familiarity with Schneider Electric products is a plus.
