As part of the expansion of VS TALENT, the AI-native recruitment agency part of VS Consulting Group, we are looking to appoint a Director of Operations to lead and scale our business in Belgium and internationally.

The Role
We are seeking a Director to lead and scale VS TALENT’s operations, drive commercial growth, and position the platform as a leading AI-native recruitment partner in Belgium and internationally.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of talent, technology, and advisory .
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Define and execute the growth strategy for VS TALENT
* Position the firm as a premium AI-native recruitment partner
* Drive expansion across Finance, Administration, and IT/Digital verticals
Business Development
* Originate and close high-value mandates with PE firms, SMEs, and scale-ups
* Build long-term C-level client relationships
* Develop strategic partnerships within the Belgian ecosystem & internationally
Operational Excellence
* Oversee delivery of recruitment mandates with a focus on quality, speed, and precision
* Implement and refine the AI recruitment methodology (Targeted, Fast, Accelerated)
* Ensure consistent excellence in candidate experience and client satisfaction
AI & Innovation
* Leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and matching
* Continuously enhance VS TALENT’s AI-native approach
* Bridge human expertise with data-driven decision-making
Team Leadership
* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team
* Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and excellence
Profile
* 8–10+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory
* Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit
* Strong understanding of AI-driven recruitment trends is a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* English & French (Dutch is a plus)
