As part of our infrastructure and civil engineering projects in Flanders, we are looking for an experienced Civil Works Supervisor to oversee on‑site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure proper execution of construction works.
You will play a key role in project success by acting as the link between operational teams, subcontractors, and the end client.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Supervise construction and civil works activities on site.
Monitor compliance: quality, safety, schedule, and standards.
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
Participate in site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and optimize work methods.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and contractual requirements.
ABOUT YOU:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
5 to 8 years of experience in supervision or site monitoring.
Knowledge of Belgian construction standards (VCA certification is a plus).
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make on‑site decisions.
Dutch and English
Available to start in September 2026
