We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Operations Manager to oversee the organization of a large-scale industrial construction site involving over 2,000 workers at peak, several major general contractors, and around 50 subcontractors and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize the site layout: storage areas, welfare facilities, internal flows, access points, temporary utilities, etc.Prepare technical specifications for site installations (fencing, welfare units, CCTV, access control systems…).Manage daily logistics, flows, surfaces and storage areas, anticipating operational constraints.Coordinate priorities closely with the Project Manager and Construction Managers.Contribute to a well‑structured, safe and compliant HSE environment across the entire site.Ensure seamless coordination between all contractors and service providers operating on site.Candidate ProfileMinimum 10 years of site-based experience in industrial projects, heavy construction, or large-scale operations.Alternatively: proven background as a Construction Manager with solid expertise in complex site coordination.Strong track record in multi‑contractor coordination and high‑intensity construction environments.Ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, structure workflows, and supervise large temporary site installations.Fluent English required.What We OfferA competitive salary package based on your experience with attractive fringe benefits such as:a company car & fuel cardhospitalization & group insurancemeal voucherseco-vouchers
