As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports digital and print communication initiatives. Your role will include:
* Designing engaging digital assets for web and social media, such as banners, illustrations, icons, infographics, motion graphics, and interactive visuals.
* Producing print materials including publications, posters, factsheets, and leaflets.
* Conceptualising and delivering clear, impactful infographics by collecting, simplifying, and visualising data for use across communication channels.
* Editing and optimising photos and images to ensure high visual quality across digital platforms and print materials.
* Providing guidance on visual communication strategies and best design practices.
* Developing and maintaining visual identity guidelines, templates, and supporting design materials for multiple projects.
* Ensuring consistency and quality by applying graphic standards and producing original, on-brand visual content.
* Advising on accessibility, clarity, and engagement to ensure content reaches diverse audiences effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven professional experience in graphic design, with the ability to deliver creative, innovative, and up-to-date design solutions.
* Strong practical experience with design tools such as
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
Figma
,
Sketch
, and similar software.
* Experience using online design platforms (e.g.
Canva
) to create adaptable, reusable visual templates.
* A high level of creativity combined with strong visual and conceptual design skills.
* Knowledge of
user-centred design principles
and methodologies.
* Experience in photography and strong photo-editing capabilities.
* English proficiency at B2 level
(written and spoken).
