About the Role: We are seeking an E-commerce Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with key partners such as e-tailers and para-pharmacies.

As the E-commerce Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for e-tailers and para-pharmacies. You will enhance the end-to-end online shopping experience, ensure brand consistency, and maximize customer acquisition and retention by optimizing partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, technical proficiency, relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners.
* Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
* Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, visual assets (ACES), and other relevant content to drive conversions while adhering to platform-specific requirements.
* Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly.


E-commerce Strategy and Planning: The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy, build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance and ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements, and identify new online opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.

Customer Experience Optimization: As the E-commerce Partnerships Manager, you will enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels, ensuring seamless navigation and shopping experiences. Collect and address customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.

Pricing and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor pricing from both e-tailers and competitors to ensure the pricing strategy remains competitive. Provide regular reports on price comparisons and propose adjustments as needed. Develop and implement tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies, including pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and product placement strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to drive continuous growth.
