* Manage and monitor application performance, ensuring stability, maintenance, and coordinating upgrades.
* Oversee database environments, including monitoring, maintenance, and collaboration with the IT infrastructure team.
* Act as a technical advisor to the Applications Portfolio Coordinator and provide second-line support to the Desktop team for complex application-related issues.
* Deliver training and guidance to both end-users and the Desktop Support team on specific applications.
* Implement and document application changes approved by the Change Advisory Board, and provide input when application-related changes are proposed.
* Promote continuous improvement by documenting recurring issues and sharing best practices with the IT team to build collective knowledge.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through relevant experience
* At least 2 years of experience in IT application support or a similar role
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues independently
* Solid knowledge of MSSQL, .NET, and PowerShell
* Good working knowledge of Windows Server environments
* Fluent in spoken and written English
