Provide strong leadership and guidance to department heads and frontline teams, ensuring operational efficiency and a motivating work environment.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and brand initiatives to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation in line with commercial goals and group standards.
Solid operational understanding of health & safety regulations, guest service standards, and facility management.
