I’m currently looking for an SAP Service Delivery Manager for a customer in Belgium.
You will act as the main point of contact for SAP AMS support, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business needs. The role covers service level management, vendor and supplier oversight (including contracts, performance, and risk), AMS budget ownership, and continuous improvement of SAP-related ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own SAP support coordination across business, IT, and partners (incident, change, and problem management), including major incident handling
* Manage end-user support, system issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and driving optimal system usage
* Ensure SLA performance, service delivery alignment, and smooth transition from project to support (run mode), including SAP release alignment
* Oversee SAP suppliers and vendors, including contract management, service reviews, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
* Design, improve, and maintain SAP ITSM processes in line with SAP CoE standards
* Manage AMS budget and financial tracking within agreed targets
* Maintain documentation and knowledge base while refining business change requests for SAP support teams
