With increasing global demand and a strategic focus on digital transformation, they are looking to internalise CRM platform control and reduce dependency on external vendors.The RoleAs a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in owning and shaping the CRM architecture across global business units. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient CRM solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring functional expertise with a technical affinity in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and push back constructively on external partners where required, ensuring the CRM platform aligns with long-term strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and oversee the global Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, ensuring best practices and scalability.Lead CRM design workshops and translate business needs into solution architecture.Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to drive CRM implementation and integration.Act as the internal go-to expert for Dynamics CRM technical and functional questions.Push back and challenge external vendors to ensure delivery quality, efficiency, and alignment with internal standards.Support data model design, integration with other systems, and performance optimization.Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on CRM solution architecture experience, ideally in a global or enterprise environment Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders Demonstrated success in vendor management or reducing third-party reliance Fluent in English – written and spoken (no other languages required) Based in Belgium or willing to relocate; hybrid working availableWhy Join?
