Account Sales Coordinator Brussels, Belgium
Join us as an Account Sales Coordinator based in Brussels at a high-performing R&D innovation center, this role sits at the heart of collaboration between the client, commercial teams, and fragrance experts. You will drive the seamless coordination of projects and lead the end-to-end management of olfactive evaluations—ensuring precision, speed, and excellence at every step. You’ll also oversee the innovation space, making sure it delivers a flawless, premium experience.
Responsibilities Support commercial & fragrance development team on client's project/brief/event activities.
Manage olfactive evaluation schedule of all projects with commercial and fragrance development team.
Prepare olfactive evaluation sessions, following client briefs and precise protocols, aligned with the core team: Order samples, coordinate shipments of fragrance oils, run washes and set up client evaluations.
Overlook market products stock, keeping an updated databank of in/out products.
Be in charge of evaluation booths and evaluation equipment maintenance.
Be accountable for the day-to-day of the premises (dealing with external and internal clients, visitors, suppliers in order to ensure perfect working conditions).
Handle other administrative tasks as required: Assist the team in the coordination of travel arrangements when needed, setting up appointments with client, managing customer contact information.

Requirements 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coordination or support role (e.g. Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
High level of reliability, ownership, and proactivity, with a strong sense of accountability.
Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; French is a plus, combined with a positive and professional attitude.
Due to the olfactive nature of the role, being a non-smoker is preferred.
