As Group Brand Manager Dairy you will be part of our dynamic & highly driven Marketing team. In this role, you will be:
1. Delivering portfolio & brand Growth for Danone and kids brand
2. Creating 3YR Strategy & annual Growth Plan
3. Designing Growth Events locally & leading Creative Development
4. Driving Local Reno/Inno and COGS Agenda
5. Leading & Developing the Team
6. Develop Kids strategy beyond existing brand and portfolio footprint, leveraging work done at global level
7. Bring back Danone MB back to growth by entering fast-growing spaces & revamped its support model
8. Ensure LT sustainable play in Skyr
9. Maximize synergy opportunities between Danoontje & Danonino
10. Extend First Diet users into Dairy Kids brands
About You
11. Fluent with Developing Strategies and Tactics: developing strategies and tactics through AOP to boost the brands image and demand
12. Successful campaign Management: successful marketing campaigns across different channels, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and objectives.
13. Budget Management: monitoring and allocation the marketing budget effectively and annual basis analysis.
14. Relationship Building: Building strategic relationships with sales, R&I, S&I and catman
15. Performance Measurement and Analysis
16. Proven track record of leading local brands effectively though turn-around, MS gains, etc.
17. Successful experience in managing a portfolio of brands
18. Deep understanding of kids and essential segments
19. Demonstrated ability to lead innovation/communication projects locally and at also in collaboration with central teams
20. Experience across TTL activation
